摘要
Cronkhite-Canada综合征(Cronkhite-Canada syndrome,CCS)是一类临床上罕见的非家族性消化系统疾病,以全胃肠道多发息肉和外胚层改变为主,主要表现为腹泻、食欲不振、毛发脱落、指甲萎缩及皮肤色素沉着,其病因至今尚未明确。现报道重庆医科大学附属第一医院近期收治的例CCS患者,该患者幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)抗体测试结果为强阳性(+++),经抗H.pylori及对症支持治疗后病情好转,表明抗H.pylori治疗确有一定疗效,并提示CCS可能与H.pylori感染相关。
Cronkhite-Canada syndrome（ CCS） is a sort of seldom nonfamily digestive tract diseases with the changes of total gastrointestinal multiple polyps and the ectoderm,and most patients mainly manifest as the following symptoms,like diarrhea,loss of appetite,hair shedding,onychatrophia and skin pigmentation. But its etiology has not been determined. One case confirmed CCS recently from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was reported in this article. And the patient had a improved condition after the anti Helicobacter pylori（ H. pylori） treatment and heteropathy,although the antibody test for H. pylori was strongly positive（ ＋ ＋ ＋）,which suggesting that anti H. pylori treatment has a certain effect and indicate CCS is probably related to the H. pylori.
