摘要
新疆某引水工程的大坡度支洞采用敝开式TBM施工,在掘进施工过程中遭遇大断层构造破碎带并发生塌方,TBM刀盘被掌子面坍塌围岩卡死,护盾被破碎体压住,TBM被困。为使TBM快速脱困,首先采用超前预报方法探明前方地质情况,之后加固已支护段的围岩,然后采用流动性大、早强、高强性能的化学注浆材料,对护盾上方及前方围岩进行固结灌浆,将刀盘和护盾周围的松散岩石加固成一个稳定的整体,进而清除刀盘及护盾周围的虚渣,并缓慢转动刀盘向前推进,最终使TBM安全脱困。采用超前地质预报和化学灌浆相结合的方法不仅使TBM顺利脱困,而且与其他脱困方法相比,进一步缩短了脱困时间。
A branch tunnel with large slope a water diversion project in Xinjiang is constructed by open TBM. During tunneling, a large fault structural fracture zone is encountered and collapse occurs; and the TBM cutterhead is buried by the collapse of tunnel face and the shield is pressed by the broken body and jammed. In order to release the TBM safely and rapidly, advanced forecasting method is adopted to ascertain the geological situation ahead, and the support of constructed section is strengthened. And then the chemical grouting material with large mobility, early strength and high strength is used to carry out consolidation grouting to consolidate soils above and ahead of shield, so as to remove the loose ballast around the cutterhead and shield. After that the cutterhead can drive slowly and move forward, which finally releases the TBM safely. By adopting the above methods, the TBM can be smoothly released and further shortened the jam-releasing time.
