摘要
分析印刷车间中VOCs废气的主要来源和成分,提出污染物控制的有效措施。采取局部通风方式来控制污染物的扩散,并针对不同的车间构造和印刷设备进行合理的通风方式设计。利用数值模拟软件进行通风过程模拟,以验证通风方式的效果。结果表明局部通风优于全面通风,减少了能量消耗,有效地控制和收集了车间内的VOCs废气。
Analyze the main sources and components of VOCs in the printing workshop and propose effective measures for pollutant control. Use local ventilation to control the proliferation of pollutants,to different workshop construction and printing equipment for reasonable ventilation design. The simulation of ventilation process is carried out by using numerical simulation software to verify the effect of ventilation mode. The results show that local ventilation is superior to full ventilation,reducing energy consumption and effectively controlling and collecting VOCs in the workshop.
