摘要
钢铁炉窑协同处置危险废物不仅能缓解我国危险废物处置能力不足的现状,还可以综合利用危险废物热值和有效成分,投资及运营成本相对较低,综合效益显著。通过分析危险废物理化特征和危害特征,以及窑炉正常运行和产品质量控制要求,对适宜钢铁炉窑协同处置的危废类别和炉窑类型进行了初步探讨。
The collaborative disposal of hazardous waste by iron and steel furnace has obvious advantages of alleviating the current situation of the lack of hazardous waste disposal capacity in China,retrieving the calorific value and active ingredients of hazardous wastes. The investment and operating costs are relatively low and comprehensive benefits are significant. Based on analyses of the physical and chemical properties and hazardous wastes,as well as the requirements of normal operation of furnace and products quality,it is preliminarily discussed the categories of collaborative disposal of hazardous wastes and types of furnaces.
