摘要
目的探讨新疆少数民族儿童先天性食管裂孔疝围手术期并发贫血及术后发生胃食管反流的原因及临床治疗经验,以为更加规范的少数民族小儿食管裂孔疝治疗提供依据。方法回顾性统计2009年1月至2017年1月,新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院小儿外科治疗的少数民族小儿先天性食管裂孔疝15例患者的病案资料,分析其围手术期的治疗方案。结果15例患儿均成功行腹腔镜下Nissen或Toupet手术治疗,术后随访6个月无一例食管裂孔疝复发,15例患儿血红蛋白均达到同年龄段儿童正常水平;其中5例患儿术后发生胃食管反流给予对症治疗后症状缓解,10例术后恢复良好。结论新疆少数民族儿童先天性食管裂孔疝围术期并发贫血时,手术根治食管裂孔疝是治疗成功的关键。
Objective To explore the causes and clinical experience of perioperative anemia and postoperative gastroesophageal reflux in congenital esophageal hiatal hernia in Xinjiang ethnic minority children. To provide a more standardized ethnic minority children with esophageal hiatus hernia treatment to provide the basis. Methods The medical records and the perioperative teatment plan of15 children with congential hiatal hernia were analyzed from January 2009 to January 2017 in People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Analysis of their perioperative treatment and literature review. Results 15 cases of children were successfully laparoscopic Nissen or Toupet surgery. All patients were followed up for 6 months without recurrence of esophageal hiatal hernia. 15 cases of children with hemoglobin have reached the same age children the normal level. Of which 5 cases of postoperative gastroesophageal reflux after symptomatic treatment given symptom relief. 10 patients recovered well after surgery. Conclusion Surgical treatment of esophageal hiatal hernia in perioperative period of perioperative esophageal hiatal hernia in Xinjiang ethnic minority children is the key to successful treatment.
