摘要 天然气干法脱硫技术是天然气脱硫中一种常用的技术,工艺简单、投资低、无需专人操作、占地面积小,被广泛应用。但是脱硫剂选择不当会导致天然气处理费用偏高,企业的运行成本增大,因此在满足气质要求的情况下,应高效利用干法脱硫剂。以四川盆地西部大深1井及盆地北部双探1井作为案例展开研究和计算。大深1井于1993年5月开井投产至今,先后使用多种型号规格干法脱硫剂,通过饱和硫容的计算比较,选择出最优质的脱硫剂。双探1井为2016年1月投产的超高压含硫风险探井,井口压力100.47 MPa,通过现场潜流量和安全运行时间的计算,确定先串塔运行后单塔运行的最经济合理的脱硫剂使用更换周期,达到了降本增效和保障安全的双重目的,具有重要的推广意义。 The natural gas dry desulfurization technology is a kind of commonly used technologies in natural gas desulfurization. It is widely used because of its simple process, low investment, no need of special operation staff and small occupation area. However, the improper choice of desulfurization agent will lead to the higher expense of natural gas treatment and operation cost of the enterprise.Therefore, under situation of meeting requirements of gas quality, and the dry desulfurization agent should be used efficiently. Dasheng-1 well in the north of Sichuan Basin and Shuangtan-1 well in the south of Sichuan basin are selected as the case to research and calculate. Dasheng-1 well was put into production in May 1993, and it used a variety of dry desulfurization agents successively. Through the calculation and comparison of saturated sulfur content, the best desulfurization agent is selected. Shuangtan-1 well was put into production in January 2016,and it is a ultra high pressure sulfur-containing risk exploratory well with wellhead pressure of 100.47 MPa. Through calculating the field potential flow and safe operation time, the most economical and reasonable replacement cycle of desulfurization agent usage is determined as series operation first and then single tower operation. By doing so, the double purposes of cost reducing and efficiency increasing can be achieved, having important promotion significance.
