Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin and nimodipine combined in the treat ment of mild cognitive impairment of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD).Methods A total of 90 patients with mild cognitive impairment of CSVD admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017 were randomly divided into single group(n =40, given nimodipine treatment) and combination group(n=50, given atorvastatin and nimodipine treatment) according to the different medications methods. After treatment for half a year, the clinical efficacy and neurologic function improvement of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores decreased and MoCA scores increased in the two groups, and the NIHSS and MoCA scores of the combination group were better than those of the single group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C of the combination group were significantly lower than those of the single group and before treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with nimodipine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment of CSVD can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the neurological function and the blood lipid levels of patients, which can be widely used in clinic.
