摘要
山火灾害是近年来威胁大电网安全运行的重要灾害。为准确分析山火灾害下电网风险大小并科学高效指导电网山火灾害处置,提出了一种大范围山火灾害电网多故障灭火装备优化布控方法。首先,研究了山火灾害导致输电线路多故障的风险快速计算方法,大幅减少了电网风险分析计算量,提升了计算效率;然后,根据电网分区计算山火灾害风险大小及其分布,据此,提出了灭火装备优化布控方法,将灭火装备提前部署到电网山火风险大的区域,充分发挥有限灭火装备的灭火效益。最后,利用湖南电网春节山火灾害高发期风险分析案例验证了方法的有效性。
Widespread disaster is an important disaster that threatens the safe operation of large power grid in recent years. In order to accurately analyze the risk of power grid under fire disaster, and scientifically and efficiently guide the treatment of mountain fire disaster, a wildfire disaster power grid fire extinguishing equipment optimization allocation method is proposed. First of all, the rapid calculation method for the risk of multiple failures of transmission lines is studied, which greatly reduces the amount of calculation and analysis of power grid risk and improves the efficiency of calculation. Then, the power grid risk size and its distribution are calculated. Accordingly, the optimization method of fire extinguishing equipments control is put forward. The fire extinguishing equipments will be deployed to the areas with high risk of fire, so as to give full play to the benefits of limited fire extinguishing equipments. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a case study of the high risk period of spring fire disaster in Hunan power grid.
