经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的问题及展望 被引量:17

摘要 经皮椎体成形术(PVP)因其创伤小,恢复快,正成为治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的主要治疗方法之一,但临床治疗中仍存在一定的问题需要进行探讨。如:经皮椎体成形术及经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)哪种治疗效果更好?单侧穿刺与双侧穿刺哪种效果更佳?骨水泥注入多少量、如何分布能够更好地发挥作用?骨水泥的类型对于治疗有无影响?应该关注哪些并发症?经皮椎体成形术有哪些方面可以改进以更好地发挥作用?本文就这些问题做一评述,以供相关研究人员学习、参阅、借鉴与开拓创新。 Percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)is becoming one of the main methods for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)in the elderly,because of its minimal trauma and rapid recovery.However,there are still some problems that need to be discussed in clinical treatment.Which treatment is better,Percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)or percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)?Which one is more effective,unilateral approachor bilateral approach?What quantity and distribution of bone cement can be used to get better function?Does the type of bone cement have any effect on treatment?What complications should be concerned about?What are the aspects of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)that can be improved to work better?All these issues need to be discussed.This article will elaborate on them one by one.
