摘要
目的 Gankyrin是近年发现的重要的癌基因,在多种恶性肿瘤中有异常高表达。在结直肠癌(CRC)中的作用机制尚未阐明。本研究将探讨Gankyrin在CRC中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测Gankyrin在112例CRC和癌旁正常肠黏膜组织中的表达,同时分析Gankyrin表达与CRC临床病理学特征的相关性。结果 Gankyrin在正常肠黏膜和CRC中的表达分别为17/112(15.2%)和91/112(81.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Gankyrin在CRC中的表达与临床分期(34/47、57/65,P<0.05)和转移(43/60、48/52,P<0.05)相关,与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小以及肿瘤分化程度无相关性。结论 Gankyrin不仅参与CRC的发生,也和CRC的恶性进展有关,有望成为CRC诊断和防治的靶标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Gankyrin in colorectal carcinoma（ CRC） and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the Gankyrin expression in 112 cases of CRCs and paracancerous normal intestinal mucosa. Furthermore,the relationship between the Gankyrin expression and the clinical pathological features of patients with CRC was analyzed. Results The rate of Gankyrin expression in normal intestinal mucosa and CRCs was 17/112（ 15. 2%）,91/112（ 81. 3%）,respectively（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of Gankyrin expression in CRCs was remarkably related with the metastasis（ 43/60 vs.48/52,P〈0. 05） and the clinical stage（ 34/47 vs. 57/65,P〈0. 05）. There was no relationship between the Gankyrin expression and age,gender of patients,size,histologic grade of CRCs（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gankyrin does not participate in the carcinogenesis of CRCs,but it is also related to the malignant progression of CRCs. Gankyrin is a potential target for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of CRCs.
