摘要
目的探讨血浆SS和ET-1对VD的诊断价值。方法选取48例血管性痴呆患者为VD组、46例脑卒中(非血管性痴呆)患者为脑梗死组、30名健康者为对照组,观察各组血浆SS和ET-1水平,分析不同程度VD与血浆SS和ET-1的相关性。结果 VD组患者血浆SS水平明显低于脑梗死组及对照组(P<0.05),血浆ET-1水平明显高于脑梗死组和对照组(P<0.05)。不同严重程度VD患者血浆SS和ET-1水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMSE评分与血浆SS水平呈正相关(r=0.602,P<0.05),而与血浆ET-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.463,P<0.05)。结论血浆SS和ET-1可能参与了脑梗死及VD的发生发展过程,且SS和ET-1与VD的严重程度有关,有助于VD早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of cerebral blood source of somatostatin( SS) and Endothelin-1( ET-1) combined with monitoring in the diagnosis of vascular dementia( VD). Methods 48 patients with ascular dementia were selected as VD group,46 patients with cerebral apoplexy( non vascular dementia) as stroke group and 30 healthy people as the control group were observed the differences of SS and ET-1. The levels of SS and ET-1 were compared among the three subgroups of the VD group with different levels of severity of VD. Results The levels of plasma SS in the VD group were lower than those in the stroke group and the control group( P〈0. 05). The plasma level of ET-1 in the VD group was significantly higher than that in the stroke group and the control group( P〈0. 05). The levels of plasma SS and ET-1 among different levels of severity in VD patients were significant different( P〈0. 05). The Spearman correlation analyses revealed the plasma of SS showed positively correlated with Mo CA( r = 0. 602,P〈0. 05).The plasma of ET-1 in VD was negative correlation with MMSE( r =-0. 463,P〈0. 05). Conclusions The level of plasma SS and ET-1 maybe take part in the process of vascular dementia and is related to the severity of VD. The levels of plasma SS and ET-1 may be beneficial of early diagnosis of vascular dementia.
