东周青铜马衔的套接工艺及范铸模拟实验 被引量:1

摘要 以结构较简单的东周时期两节直杆式马衔为例,进行了铸造模拟实验。主要过程包括制模、翻范、浇注、套合及二次浇注等,最终铸造出两环相扣的马衔。本次铸造模拟实验验证了套接工艺的部分技术细节,对于认识商周时期其他类型套接器物的铸造工艺具有参考价值。 Taking the bronze snaffle in the Eastern Zhou period for example, this research carried out an experimental casting for the ring-joint technique, which was composed of several mAln procedures including pattemmaking, molding, pouring, ring-jointing and re-pouring. The bronze snaffle was experimentally cast. By realizing the important technical detAlls, this research provides meaningful information for understanding similar joining techniques used in the relevant objects.
