摘要
北京新机场航站楼核心区屋盖采用不规则自由曲面钢网格结构,杆件之间以焊接球连接为主,局部位置管与管直接相贯焊接连接。屋盖造型复杂、结构跨度大、杆件众多、形状极不规则。结合该项目特点,介绍了C2-1区屋盖结构的提升施工思路,对提升点位的布置以及提升架的设计做了详细描述,最后概括性地总结了不规则自由曲面钢网格结构施工的位形保证及对接精度控制措施。
Core area roof of Beijing New Airport terminal adopts irregular curved steel structure, whose member bars are connected by welding steel balls and direct intersecting welding in local position. The roof is large and complicated, it has the characteristics of large span, multi rod irregular shape and so on. Combined with the project characteristics, this paper introduces the construction idea of roof structure in C2-1 area, describes the layout of the lifting point and the design of the hoisting fi'ame in detail. Finally, it summarizes the shape guarantee and the control measures for the docking accuracy of the irregular free-torm surface steel structure.
