摘要
目的对难治性慢性荨麻疹采用孟鲁斯特与西替利嗪联合治疗的效果进行探讨。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月期间收治的94例难治性慢性荨麻疹患者进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例,对照组采用西替利嗪联合雷公藤多苷治疗,观察组采用西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行观察对比。结果治疗总有效率方面,观察组(80.85%)明显高于对照组(68.09%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.326,P<0.05);治疗前后症状体征积分对比,两组治疗后2周、4周均较治疗前有明显降低,且治疗后观察组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t_(2周)=4.183,t_(4周)=3.037,P<0.05);不良反应发生率方面,观察组为8.51%,对照组为19.15%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.133,P<0.05)。结论对难治性慢性荨麻疹患者采用孟鲁斯特与西替利嗪进行治疗,可显著改善患者症状及体征,用药安全可靠,疗效确切,在临床中值得推广应用。
Objective To study the curative effect of montelukast combined with cetirizine in treatment of refractory chronic urticaria. Methods 94 cases of patients with refractory chronic urticaria admitted and treated in our hospital from January2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the control group were treated with cetirizine combined with montelukast, and the treatment effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（80.85% vs 68.09%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=7.326, P〈0.05）, and the symptom integral in 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment obviously decreased, and the indicators in the observation after treatment were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（t_（2 week）=4.183, t_（4 week）=3.037,P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,（8.51% vs 19.15%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=7.133, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The montelukast combined with cetirizine in treatment of refractory chronic urticaria can obviously improve the symptoms and vital signs of patients, and the medication is safe and reliable, and the curative effect is definite, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
