微生态制剂对肝性脑病患者肠道菌群、肠源性血氨水平及肝功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :观察微生态制剂对肝性脑病患者肠道菌群、肠源性血氨水平及肝功能的影响。方法 :将2015年1月至2018年1月期间峨眉山市中医医院收治的44例肝性脑病患者根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组。在两组患者入院后,均对其进行保肝、降酶及降血氨等常规治疗。在此基础上,用微生态制剂对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比接受治疗前后两组患者肠道菌群的数量、肠源性血氨的水平及肝功能相关指标的变化情况。结果 :接受治疗后两组患者肠道内乳酸杆菌属、肠球菌属及酵母样真菌的数量均大于接受治疗前,其肠源性血氨的水平、总胆红素及丙氨酸氨基转移酶的水平均低于接受治疗前,而且观察组患者肠道内乳酸杆菌属、肠球菌属及酵母样真菌的数量均大于对照组患者,其肠源性血氨的水平、总胆红素及丙氨酸氨基转移酶的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论 :对肝性脑病患者在实施常规治疗的基础上加用微生态制剂进行治疗可有效地调节其肠道内的菌群,降低其肠源性血氨的水平,从而改善其肝功能。 Objective: To observe the effect of microecological preparation on intestinal flora, intestinal serum ammonia level and liver function in patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods: 44 patients with hepatic encephalopathy admitted by emeishan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2015 to January 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. After the two groups of patients were admitted to hospital, they were given routine treatment such as liver protection, enzyme lowering and ammonia lowering. On this basis, patients in the observation group were treated with microecological agents. At the end of treatment, the changes of intestinal flora, intestinal serum ammonia level and liver function indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: two groups after treatment in patients with intestinal lactobacillus, enterococcus and yeast sample the number of fungi were greater than before treatment, the enterogenous blood ammonia levels, total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase levels are lower than before treatment, and the observation group of patients with intestinal lactobacillus, enterococcus and yeast sample the number of fungi were greater than the control group patients, the enterogenous blood ammonia levels, total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase levels are lower than the control group patients, P〈0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of patients with hepatic encephalopathy with microecological agents on the basis of routine treatment can effectively regulate the intestinal flora, reduce the level of enterogenous hemamine and improve the liver function.
