摘要
我国义务教育学校师资配置的均衡性反映着义务教育的均衡性。使用教育装备均衡指数J对全国调研采集的学校师资配置的数据进行处理与分析,找出义务教育学校师资配置的均衡性特点,发现规律,提出解决问题的合理化建议。
The balance of teachers＇ allocation in compulsory schools reflects the balance of compulsory education. The education equipment equilibrium index J is used to process and analyze the data of the school teachers＇ allocation in the national survey and survey, to find out the equilibrium characteristics of the allocation of compulsory education school teachers, to find the rules and to put forward the rationalization proposals for solving the problems.
