摘要
目前我国远程高等教育办学主体之间受办学特点、学生规模等因素的影响形成不同的教学团队架构模式,通过研究网络教育学院、大规模在线课程平台(MOOCs)、开放大学等主要办学主体教学团队建设的最新进展,可以看出我国远程高等教育课程教学团队建设的发展面临着理论研究不足、发展极不平衡以及团队建设受办学成本制约等挑战,未来我国远程高等教育教学团队的发展应该更加注重线上与线下团队的有机融合,并不断加大复合型人才的培养和引进力度。
At present,there are different teaching team structures in China because of schoolrunning characteristics and student sizes differences.The latest research at certain network education colleges,MOOCs and open universities shows that the teaching team of distance higher education in China is facing challenges,such as lacking of theoretical research,unbalanced development and the constraints of school-running cost.In the future,its development should pay more attention to the organic integration of online and offline teams,and the cultivation and introduction of compound talents.
