摘要
目的探讨微信平台随访下牙周干预对2型糖尿病牙周炎患者炎性因子及脂联素水平的影响。方法选择本院2015年7月至2017年7月收治的82例2型糖尿病牙周炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组41例,对照组接受常规牙周干预,观察组患者接受微信平台随访下牙周干预,对两组患者治疗后炎性因子及脂联素水平进行观察。结果干预前,两组患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎性因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组炎性因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者脂联素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后脂联素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台随访下牙周干预能降低2型糖尿病牙周炎患者炎性因子水平,改善脂联素水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal intervention on the inflammatory factors and adiponectin levels in Type II diabetic patients with periodontitis by follow up on WeChat platform. Methods A total of 82 patients with type II diabetes mellitus with periodontitis treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly di vided into the observation group and the control group with 41 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine periodontal intervention while patients in the observation group were given periodontal intervention by WeChat platform follow up. Inflammatory factors and adiponectin levels were observed in the two groups after treatment. Results Before the inter vention, there was no significant difference in the inflammatory factor levels of C-reactive protein （CRP）, interleukin 6 （IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor α（TNF -α）between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. After the intervention, the inflammatory factors in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in adiponectin levels between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. The level of adi ponectin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion By the WeChat platform follow up, periodontal intervention can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the level of adiponectin in Type II diabetic patients with periodontitis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
