摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定清热明目丸中绿原酸、柚皮苷、黄芩苷的含量。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为283 nm。结果绿原酸、柚皮苷、黄芩苷浓度分别在1.937~77.48μg/ml(r=0.9998)、1.028~41.12μg/ml(r=0.9999)、1.841~73.64μg/ml(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为98.6%,98.6%,99.1%,RSD分别为1.6%,1.2%,1.2%(n=9)。结论建立的分析方法能同时测定绿原酸、柚皮苷、黄芩苷3种成分,该方法快速简便、结果准确,可用于清热明目丸的质量控制。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chlorgenic acid, naringin and baicalin in Qingremingmu Pills. Methods An Agilent Eclipse XDB-C(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was adopted. Gradient elution conducted, using acetonitrile-0.4 % phosphate solution as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results The concentrations of chlorogenic acid, naringin and baicalin showed good linear relationships with the corresponding peak areas in the range of 1.937-77.48 μg/ml(r=0.9998), 1.028-41.12 μg/ml(r=0.9999) and 1.841-73.64 μg/ml(r=0.9999), respectively. The average recoveries rates were 98.6 %, 98.6 % and 99.1 %, with RSD of 1.6 %, 1.2 % and 1.2 %(n=9), respectively. Conclusion The methods can be applied to determination of chlorgenic acid, naringin and baicalin. It is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Qingremingmu Pills.
