摘要
随着我国经济结构的转型以及可再生能源的大力发展,燃煤火电机组长时间低负荷运行已成为一种常态。为减少燃煤机组低负荷运行对机组煤耗的影响,本文对提高燃煤锅炉低负荷下热效率的主要运行技术进行了总结,主要包括适当降低运行氧量,适当降低煤粉细度,适当降低一次风速,适当提高直吹式制粉系统磨煤机出口风粉温度,采取合适的配风方式,投运下层磨煤机或给粉机等;并根据燃用煤质给出了推荐值;同时,针对燃烧不同煤质的锅炉,探讨了排烟氧量、排烟温度、飞灰含碳量、炉渣含碳量等对锅炉热效率的影响。
With the transformation of China's economic structure and the vigorous development of renewable energy, coal-fired power plants usually run under low load condition for a long time. In order to reduce the influence of low load operation of coal-fired units on coal consumption of the units, the main operation technologies of improving thermal efficiency of the coal-fired boiler at low load are summarized in this study. The main technologies include reducing the oxygen content properly, reducing the fineness of pulverized coal properly, reducing the primary air speed properly, increasing the outlet temperature of coal pulverizer in direct pulverizing system, adopting the appropriate mode of air distribution, and running the lower coal mill or feeder and so on. The recommended value is presented according to the coal quality. At the same time, the influences of the exhaust oxygen content, flue gas temperature, carbon content of fly ash and carbon content of slag on boiler thermal efficiency are discussed for the boiler burning different coals.
