空中造楼机阀控系统建模与仿真

Modeling and Simulation of Valve Control System for Aerial Building Machine

摘要 建立了空中造楼机阀控位置控制系统的数学模型,在数学模型建立的基础上设计了模糊PID自适应控制器并进行MATLAB仿真研究,结果表明模糊PID控制方法与常规PID相比,控制调节时间有效缩短、响应速度快、静态误差小、基本无超调,控制效果比较理想。 The mathematical model of the valve control position control system of the air building machine is established.Based on the establishment of the mathematical model,a fuzzy PID adaptive controller is designed and simulated by MATLAB.The results shows that the fuzzy PID control method compared to the conventional PID control regulation.The time is effectively shortened,the response speed is fast,the static error is small.
