摘要
探讨可调集成式自动合线器的开发方案。设计并分析了自主设计合线器的捻线合线机构、绕线机构、控制机构、动力机构的结构组成和工作原理。该可调集成式自动合线器可使自捻、合线、绕线协同同步进行,能自动完成2股~6股线的合线功能,股数可调、可靠实用,合线色彩可按需配置。认为:该合线器可以解决手工合股不均匀、易松散、效率低的问题。
Development plan of an adjustable integrated automatic doubler was explored. The structure and working principle of twisting and doubling mechanism, winding mechanism, control mechanism and power mecha nism were designed and analyzed. The self-twist mechanism,doubling mechanism and winding mechanism of ad justable integrated automatic doubler were working synchronously. 2 plies to G plies were automatically combined by the doubler. The plies were adjustable, reliable and practical, the color of the doubling yarn can be configured as needed. It is considered that the problems of uneveness, looseness and lower efficiency of hand doubling can be solved by the doubler.
