摘要
校企合作是目前学生学习和就业的一种方式,通过这种方式可以全面提升学生的综合水平,但是在我国的高校尤其是民办高校教学中,校企合作的稳定性始终不是很好,分析如何实现校企合作的长效机制,进一步提升学生的就业技能,在此基础上不断改善人才的培养方式,全面提升学生的综合素质。
School-enterprise cooperation is a way for students to study and find jobs. In this way,the comprehensive level of students can be comprehensively improved. However,in the teaching of colleges and universities in China,especially in private universities,the stability of school-enterprise cooperation is not always good. It analyzes how to realize the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,further enhances students’ employment skills,and on this basis,continuously improves the training methods of talents and comprehensively improves the overall quality of students.
