摘要
随着新时代的到来,我国社会的主要矛盾已经发生变化,这对科技档案工作也提出了新的要求和挑战。如何满足新时代的新要求与人民群众的新期待和需求,是应该重点考虑和解决的问题。就新时代科技档案工作现存的主要矛盾、主要问题、面临的新挑战以及步入新常态科技档案工作的新出路和新发展展开讨论,并针对当前存在的问题提出了相应的对策和建议,最后呼吁科技档案工作者正确认识新时代的新挑战并积极应对和谋划科技档案工作的新发展。
With the coming of the new era,the main contradiction of the society has changed,which also puts forward new requirements and challenges for the work of science and technology archives management.How to meet the new demands of the new era and the new expectations and needs of the people has become the new focus.This paper expounds on the current situation and existing problems of the scientific and technological archives work in the new era and gives some suggestions.In the end,it calls on the scientific and technological files workers to correctly understand the new challenges in the new era and actively respond to the new development of science and technology files.
