摘要
针对操作按钮的特殊结构,同时考虑在成型过程中塑件需要侧向分型且分型面为台阶面,设计了多腔交错排布注塑模具。模具采用对称式型腔布局,潜浇口系统,组合式凹凸模,冷却水管式温度控制系统及侧向抽芯机构,经大批量生产验证,模具工作稳定,可为同类型模具的结构设计提供参考。
In view of the special structure of the operation button and considering that the plastic parts should be laterally divided in the forming process and the parting surface is the step surface, a multi-cavity staggered-arrangement injection mold is designed. The mold adopts symmetrical cavity layout, submersible gate system, combined concave and convex mold, cooling water pipe of temperature regulating system and side core pulling mechanism. The mold works stably and produces order through mass production. It can provide reference for the structure design of the same type of multi cavity injection mold.
