摘要
目的:探讨综合团体游戏治疗对儿童青少年焦虑障碍患者的疗效。方法:63例住院治疗的儿童青少年焦虑障碍患者随机分为研究组(33例)和对照组(30例),研究组接受药物治疗和为期4周的综合团体游戏治疗,对照组接受药物治疗和常规住院服务。入组时和治疗结束后对两组患者进行自尊量表(SES)、人际问题量表(IIP-32)、90项症状清单(SCL-90)和儿童大体评价量表(CGAS)评估。结果:干预4周后,干预前后SES得分差值组间差异显著(F=6.97,P<0.05);干预前后IIP-32总分差值组间差异显著(F=15.12,P<0.001);研究组在IIP-32中冷漠和距离感、社会抑制、不自信和过度屈从方面都表现出显著改善。结论:综合团体游戏治疗可有效提高住院治疗的儿童青少年焦虑障碍患者自尊,减少人际交往问题,促进心理社会功能的全面康复。
Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of integrated group play therapy for inpatient children and adolescents with anxiety disorder. Method: Sixty-three children and adolescents with anxiety disorder were recruited and randomly divided into study group(33 cases) and control group(30 cases). On the basis of drug therapy in the two groups,the patients in the study group received drug and integrated group play therapy for 4 weeks,and the patients in the control group just recived drug threapy. Before and 4 weeks after the integrated group play therapy,the patients of the two groups were assessed by self-esteem scale(SES),interpersonal problems inventory(IIP-32),symptom check list-90(SCL-90) and children global assessment scale(CGAS). Results: After the 4 weeks of intervention,the pre-posttest increase of SES scores between the two groups was significant(F = 6. 97,P〈0. 05). The pre-posttest decrease of IIP-32 total scores between the two groups was significant(F = 15. 12,P〈0. 001),the performance in " hard to be supportive", " hard to be sociable", " hard to be assertive" and " too caring" dimensions all improved significantly. Conclusion: Integrated group play therapy can improve the self-esteem of the inpatient children and adolescents with anxiety disorders and decrease their interpersonal problems,promoting the overall psychosocial rehabilitation of inpatient adolescents.
