校园欺凌:内涵、困境及出路——基于社会控制理论的视角 被引量:2

摘要 校园欺凌事件给社会带来不良影响,也给学生身心发展带来不可预估的损害。家庭教育缺失,忽略情感支持;主流同伴疏离,越轨同伴支持;学校监管不力,教师惩戒权缺失;法律制度缺失,缺乏惩戒依据是引发欺凌问题的现实困境。可以借鉴社会控制理论来探寻校园欺凌的解决路径:唤醒亲子依恋,增强情感支持;发挥同辈群体作用,提升主体归属感;强化学校干预管理,有效预防欺凌行为;积极完善立法惩戒,引导学生树立法律意识。 In recent years, the frequent occurrence of school bullying has brought adverse effects to the society and caused unpredictable damage to students' physical and mental development. Lack of family education, ignoring emotional support; mainstream peer alienation, deviant peer support; lack of school supervision and teachers' right to discipline; the lack of legal system and basis tbr punishment are the practical difficulties that lead to bullying. The social control theory can be used tor reierence to find the solution to school bullying. We can solve this problem through arousing attachment and strengthening emotional support; playing the role of peer groups and enhancing the sense of belonging; intensiiying school intervention management to eitectively prevent bullying behavior; actively pertecting legislation discipline, and guiding students to set up the legal consciousness.
