摘要
长山壕金矿活性炭提金后的氰化贫液循环利用影响金的提取,对其采用树脂吸附后洗脱,产生的洗脱液中铜质量浓度高达2 000~3 000 mg/L,具有回收利用价值。试验采用电沉积法、酸化法和化学沉淀法3种方法回收铜,化学沉淀法效果最佳,并进行了半工业试验。结果表明:洗脱液中铜去除率高于95%,沉淀中铜质量分数大于20%,具有较高的计价品位。每生产1 t铜泥获得的经济效益为2 800元。氰化贫液中铜的回收具有良好的环境效益和经济效益,半工业试验结果为工业化应用提供数据参考。
The recycling of cyanide lean solution produced from activated carbon adsorption process hinders gold extraction in Changshanhao Gold Mine.The cyanide lean solution is adsorbed by resin adsorption which is afterwards eluted.The copper mass concentration in the copper reaches 2 000-3 000 mg/L,making the copper worth recycling.The experiment employs electrodeposition,acidification and chemical sedimentation to recover copper,among which the chemical sedimentation has the best performance.Therefore,semi-industrial test was carried out on chemical sedimentation.The results show that copper removal rate from the eluant is over 95 %,copper mass concentration in the sediment is over 20 %,and the pricing grade is relatively high.The profit is 2 800 yuan per ton copper sludge produced.The copper recovery from cyanide lean solution has good environmental and economic profits.The semiindustrial test results provide data reference for industrial application.
