摘要
为了适应"5+3"一体化学生的培养目标,培养掌握坚实的医学基础理论、基本知识和基本技能,具备较强的临床思维、临床实践能力以及一定的临床科学研究和临床教学能力的高水平高素质临床医师,我们以医学免疫学实践课为平台,在我校第一届"5+3"一体化学生中开展了临床能力与科研能力培养并重的实践教学改革。让学生在免疫学实践课堂上,既完成一例"患者"的诊疗工作,又进行一项与临床案例相关的科研课题的研究,同时让学生自学免疫学实验技术的原理与应用并制作授课课件在实践课中给全班同学讲解,取得了很好的教学效果。
In order to adapt to the"5+3"integrated student’s training objectives and educate high-level and high-quality clinicians with solid basic medical theories,knowledge and skills and have strong clinical thinking,clinical practice ability,and certain clinical scientific research and clinical teaching ability,we took the medical immunology practical course as a platform and carried out the teaching reform emphasis on both clinical ability and scientific research ability training in the first batch of‘5+3’integrated students of our school. In the immunology practice class,the students can not only complete a case of diagnosis and treatment of a ‘patient’,but also conduct a research project related to the clinical case,and allow the students to learn the principles and applications of immunological experimental techniques and present in practice class by themselves. All these reforms showed good teaching results.
