摘要
一直以来,用人单位对高职文秘专业学生的应用写作能力满意度不高,如何提高文秘专业学生的应用写作能力是专业改革中的瓶颈。为了突破培养中的瓶颈,文秘专业应从岗位需要分析入手,在新媒体的背景下,开展文秘专业应用写作能力培养模式改革与创新,更新现有的写作观念,并在课程设置、课程内容整合更新、教学方式方法改革创新、师资的培养等方面,进行探索和创新。
It has always been that employers are not quite satisfied with the applied writing capability of Secretary majors of higher vocational education and how to elevate such capability has thus become a bottle neck in the reform of this major. To break through such bottle neck,for the Secretary Major,Nanning College for Vocational Technology has started analyzing the demand of such working posts,carried out reform and innovation of the training pattern of applied writing ability for Secretary majors under the background of new media,proposed to update existing mindset of writing,and put forward effective ways and approaches on such aspects as curriculum configuration,course content integration and update,reform and innovation of instruction modes and cultivation of qualified teachers.
