长治市农村电子商务发展情况调研

E-Commerce Development in the Rural Areas of Changzhi City

摘要 结合农村"互联网+电子商务"文献综述及长治市农村电子商务现状,利用问卷调查法,通过在校农村大专生暑期回家乡进行问卷的分发收集统计,针对各行政村进行整群抽样调查,目的了解长治市农村电子商务开展的就绪程度、应用情况、影响度,并通过政府和企业在长治市农村电子商务发展中所起的作用,寻找其发展的突破口。从调研结果发现,制约农村电子商务发展的核心要素是农民的信息意识及创业意识,而基础设施、销售渠道、销售平台、技能培训则是促进电商发展的外围要素。因此应积极准备在农村开展电子商务,充分挖掘、打造农村电子商务爆品,最大化发挥农民的主观能动性。 Combined with the literature review of "Internet plus e-commerce" in rural areas and the current situation of rural e-commerce in Changzhi, a questionnaire survey method was used to carry out a whole group sampling survey of the administrative villages to investigate the readiness, application, influence of rural e-commerce in Changzhi. The survey was conducted by distributing and collecting questionnaires through college students from rural areas when they going back home in the summer vacation time. The survey also aimed to find a breakthrough for the development of rural e-commerce in the City by analyzing the role played by the government and enterprises. From the survey results, it is found that the core elements that restrict the development of rural e-commerce are farmers' awareness of information and entrepreneurial consciousness, while infrastructure, sales channels, sales platforms and skills training are the peripheral elements. Therefore, we should actively prepare to for e-commerce growth in rural areas, fully excavate and create best-selling products of rural e-commerce, and maximize the initiative of farmers.
