摘要
目的：探讨封闭负压引流应用于创伤骨科术后感染治疗中的应用效果.方法：取2012年5月-2017年5月我院骨科收治的80例创伤骨科术后感染患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将所有患者分为两组,每组各40例.采用负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者设为VSD组,采用常规引流方式的病人则设为对照组.观察两组患临床效果.结果：VSD组与对照组的治疗有效率为97.5%和80.0%,VSD组也要优于对照组对照组（P〈0.05）.在炎症因子水平变化方面,VSD组病人也明显优于对照组病人,P〈0.05.结论：封闭负压引流在骨创术后感染治疗中具有较好的应用效果.
Objective：To investigate the effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of post-traumatic orthopedic infection.Methods：From May 2012 to May 2017,80 patients with traumatic orthopedic infection admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study.All patients were divided into two groups（40 in each group）according to the different treatment methods.Patients undergoing negative pressure drainage were treated as VSD and those treated by conventional drainage as control.Observe the clinical effect of two groups.Results：The effective rates of treatment in VSD group and control group were 97.5%and 80.0%,respectively,and those in VSD group were also better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.In the level of inflammatory cytokines,patients in VSD group were also significantly better than those in control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of postoperative infection of bone has a good effect.
