响应面法优化杠板归多糖的提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]优化杠板归多糖提取工艺条件,为杠板归药材的进一步开发研究提供参考。[方法]采用苯酚-硫酸法测定杠板归中多糖的含量;通过单因素试验,根据响应面法设计试验,选取其最佳提取工艺。[结果]最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶60、提取时间1.84 h、提取次数3次,此提取条件下多糖得率最高。[结论]该工艺稳定、可行、提取率高,可为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。 [Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extraction process of Polygonum perfoliatum polysaccharide,which provides a reference for the further development of the medicinal material.[Methods]The content of P. perfoliatum polysaccharide was determined by phenolsulfuric acid method. Through the single factor test,the test was designed according to the response surface method,and the best extraction process was selected.[Results]Optimum extraction conditions for the polysaccharide were: the solid-liquid ratio was 1: 60,the extracting time were 1.84 hours,and the extraction times were 3 times.The yield of polysaccharide was the highest under this extraction condition. [Conclusion]The process was stable,feasible and high extraction rate,which can provide a reference and further development for the research of P.perfoliatum polysaccharide.
