摘要
利用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,甲苯为溶剂,醇和油酸为原料,氮气为保护气合成酯类柴油抗磨剂。考察了原料醇的种类、醇物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间以及抗磨剂添加量。结果表明:用季戊四醇与油酸反应合成的抗磨剂的酯化率较高,抗磨性较好;酸醇物质的量比为1∶1,催化剂用量为1.0%,应温度为130℃,反应时间为11 h时酯化率较高。得到的产品酸值小于1 mg KOH/g,该抗磨剂的加较佳加剂量为170μg/g。
Using p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst,toluene as solvent,alcohol and oleic acid as raw material,nitrogen as protective gas to synthesize ester diesel oil anti-wear agent. We investigated the types of alcohol,the molar ratio of alcohol,reaction temperature,reaction time and the amount of anti-wear additive. The results show that the esterification rate of the anti-wear agent synthesized with pentaerythrite and oleic acid is higher,the anti-wear property is better,and and the esterification rate is higher when the acid-alcohol molar ratio is 1∶ 1,the amount of catalyst is 1%,the temperature is 130,the reaction time is11 h. The acid value of the product is less than 1 mg potassium hydroxide/g,and the preferable dosage of the anti-wear additive is 170μg/g.
