摘要
目的分析养心通痹汤联合溶栓对急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2016年11月至2017年10月本院收治的104例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方案分成对照组与观察组。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予溶栓治疗，观察组则在对照组治疗基础上加入养心通痹汤进行治疗，每组52例。两组均治疗15d，比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94．23％，显著高于对照组的78．85％（P〈0．05）；观察组心电图改善、心功能指标、不良反应率等相关情况均显著优于对照组，上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论对急性心肌梗死患者在溶栓治疗基础上加入养心通痹汤，能够有效提升治疗效果，缩短sT段恢复时间，改善心功能，并能有效减少溶栓治疗带来的不良反应症状，值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yangxin Tongbi decoction combined with thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 104 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from November 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan, 52 cases in each group. The control group was given darombolytic therapy on the basis of routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Yangxin Tongbi decoction on the basis of the control group. The curative effect of the two groups was compared after 15 days of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （94.23%） was significantly higher t-ma that of the control group （78.85%）, the improvement of electrocardiogram, cardiac function index, and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of thrombolytic therapy, Yangxin Tongbi decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of acute myocardial infarction. It can shorten the recovery time of ST segment and improve the heart function, effectively reduce the symptoms of adverse reactions caused by thrombolytic therapy, worthy of promotion.
