摘要
目的探讨格赛尔发展量表(Gesell)对神经发育迟缓患儿神经心理发育差异比较研究的运用价值。方法回顾性分析医院儿童保健门诊收治的0~4岁神经发育迟缓患儿临床资料,共215例,其中男孩140例,女孩75例。运用Gesell发育量表评价患儿神经心理发育水平,比较不同性别患儿总发育商(DQ)的差异以及在神经发育适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言、个人-社会性各能区发育的差异。结果女性神经发育迟缓患儿的总DQ值显著高于男性患儿(P<0.05);女性患儿在精细动作、语言两个能区的发育商高于男性(P<0.05),而两性在适应性、大运动和个人-社会性等能区的发育比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 0~4岁女性发育迟缓患儿神经发育水平显著优于男性患儿,特别是在精细动作、语言两个能区的发育优于男性患儿。
Objective To explore the application value of Gesell development scale （＂Gesell＂） in the comparative study on the ditterences in the neuropsychological development of the children patients with neurodevelopmental delay. Methods The clinical data of 0-4-year-old children patients （n=215, including 140 boys and 75 girls） who had been suffering from neurodevelopmental delay and admitted to the children health care outpatient of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Gesell was used to assess the level of neuropsychological development of the children patients and the ditterences in total development quotient （DQ） and the development in neurodevelopmental adaptation, major movement, fine movement, language and individual-social ergoregions between different genders were compared. Results The total DQ in the temale children patients with neurodevelopmental delay was significantly higher than that in the male children patients （P〈 0.05）; the DQ in fine movement and language ergoregions in the temale children patients was higher than that in the male children patients （P 〈 0.05）, while there was no significant ditterence in the development in adaptability, major movement and individual-social ergoregion between ditterent genders （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The neurodevelopmental level in 0-4-year-old female children patients with developmental delay is significantly higher than that in male children patients, especially in fine movement and language ergoregions.
