摘要 目的探讨syngo fast View影像系统结合3D打印技术在舰艇军医骨科培训中的应用价值,进一步提高舰艇军医教学质量。方法选取同一批次培训的舰艇军医随机分为对照组和观察组,每组16例。对照组给予传统教学方法,观察组采用syngo fast View系统建立的典型病例联合3D打印技术实施模型授课,并进行理论考试和技能考核及问卷调查。结果观察组学员的平均理论考试成绩为(87.60±3.19)分和技能考核评分为(4.20±0.73)分,均高于对照组学员[(71.80±4.51)分和(3.06±0.79)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在问卷的各个项目中,观察组学员对新教学法满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论采用syngo fast View影像系统结合3D打印技术的教学模式可以提升舰艇军医培训的教学效果,值得深入研究与实践推广。 Objective To investigate the application value of the syngo fastView imaging system combined with 3D printing in orthopedic training of naval afloat medical officers, so as to further improve the quality- of training of naval afloat medical officers. Methods Thirty-two naval afloat medical officers who received training in the same batch were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each consisting of 16. The control group received traditional teaching method, while the observation group was trained with the help of syngo fastView imaging system combined with 3D printing. Then, theoretical and professional examinations as well as a questionnaire survey were conducted for the evaluation of training efficacy. Results The average scores of the theoretical and professional examinations in the observation group were (87.60 ± 3.19 ) and (4.20 ± 0.73 ), which were significantly higher than those in the control group (71.80 ±4.51 ) and ( 3.06 ± 0.79 ), and statistical significance could be seen, when comparisons were made between them ( P 〈 0.05 ). In each item of the questionnaire survey, the rate of satisfaction with the new teaching method for the trainees of the observation group was much higher ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The new teaching method of the syngo fastView imaging system combined with 3 D printing technology could enhance the training effect of naval afloat medical officers, which is worth further research and promotion.
