摘要
针对传统工程项目信息化管理中存在的手段单一、信息分散、协同效率差、决策支持困难、维护更新投入大等问题,进行基于BIM技术的项目管理平台研究,采用云技术和异构系统集成技术,进行私有云部署和异构系统集成,保证不同用户、不同地域协同办公以及不同系统之间BIM信息流通,实现了BIM模型、GIS环境与项目管理体系的深度融合。结果表明,云环境下BIM项目管理平台有效减少企业硬件投入和软件维护成本,在工程进度模拟、质量追溯、安全监控、投资控制等方面创新管理手段和流程,提高了项目管理效率和水平。
Aiming at the problem of traditional project information management system,such as singleness means, information dispersion, poor synergetic efficiency, difficulty in decision support, heavy investment in maintenance updates,we research the project management platform based on BIM technology. We use cloud and heterogeneous system integration technology to make a private cloud deployment and heterogeneous system integration,which ensures the regional coordination office from different users and the circulation of BIM information between different systems,realizes the deep integration of BIM model,GIS environment and the project management system.The results show that the BIM project management platform effectively reduces the enterprise hardware and software maintenance costs,and innovates management tool and process in progress simulation,quality traceability,safety monitoring,investment control. The BIM project management platform can improve the project management efficiency and level.
