眼柄切除对口虾蛄卵巢、肝胰脏和肌肉生化组分的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Eyestalk Ablation on Ovary Development,Hepatosomatic Index and Biochemical Compositions of Ovary,Hepatopancreas and Muscle in Mantis Shrimp Oratosquilla oratoria

摘要 采用镊烫法切除体长10.20~15.20cm雌性口虾蛄单侧眼柄,测量性腺指数和肝胰腺指数,测定卵巢、肝胰脏和肌肉中的生化组分含量的变化,以探讨眼柄切除对口虾蛄卵巢发育的影响。结果显示,切除单侧眼柄后,口虾蛄性腺指数上升,切除后第5、10、15d极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组和对照组口虾蛄的肝胰腺指数在试验后期均显著下降(P<0.05)。试验组卵巢中的糖原含量高于对照组,在第5、15d分别与对照组间具有显著(P<0.05)和极显著差异(P<0.01);肝胰脏中的糖原含量也显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01);而肌肉中的糖原含量自第5d开始下降,早于对照组。切除单侧眼柄第10d后,肝胰脏中蛋白含量开始显著上升(P<0.05),之后均高于对照组;试验组卵巢中蛋白含量也高于对照组,第15d时差异具有统计学意义;而试验组与对照组肌肉中的蛋白含量均表现出先升后降趋势,二者间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,眼柄切除可以促进口虾蛄体内营养物质积累和转移,有助于卵巢发育。 The gonadosomatic index(GSI),hepatosomatic index(HPI)and biochemical compositions of ovary,hepatopancreas and muscle were investigated in female mantis shrimp Oratosquilla oratoria with body length of 10.20—15.20 cm by a hot tweezers method to research the effects of unilateral eyestalk ablation on ovary development.The results showed that the mantis shrimp in the treatment group had significantly higher GSI than the mantis shrimp in the control group did on 5,10,and 15 days after eyestalk ablation(p〈0.01).HPI was found to be significantly decreased in both treatment and control groups in the late stage of the whole experiment(p〈0.05).There were higher glycogen levels in ovary and hepatopancreas of the mantis shrimp in the treatment group than in the control group,with significant difference in 5 days(p〈0.05)and very significant difference in 15 days(p〈0.01).In muscle,however,the glycogen level was shown to be decreased in the treatment group in 5 days,earlier than that in the control group.In the ablated eyestalk mantis shrimp,the hepatopancreas protein content was elevated in 10 days and then significantly higher than that in the mantis shrimp in the control group(p〈0.05).There was higher protein content in ovary in the treatment group than that in the control group,with significant difference in 15 days(p〈0.05).The elevated first and then declined protein contents in ovary were observed in both groups,without significant difference(p〉0.05).The findings indicate that eyestalk ablation promotes nutrient accumulation and transformation,and is contributed to the development of ovary in mantis shrimp.
