摘要
本文采用ICP-MS法测定了硫酸锌产品中铅、铁、锰、镉、铬、砷6种痕量元素,通过优化仪器参数、选择合适内标同位素消除基体干扰,测量结果相对标准偏差在1.3%~10.4%之间,加标回收率在93.0%~106.1%之间,此方法的测量结果与AAS、AFS基本一致。
This article had analyzed contents of Lead,Iron,Manganese,Cadmium,Chromium,Crsenic,in zinc sulfate products using ICP-MS. The mass spectrometry interference was avoided by optimizing the instrumental parameters and selecting proper isotopes. The relative standard deviation( RSD,n = 11) of the results were between 1. 3% and 10. 4%,and the recoveries were between 93. 0% and 106. 1%. The results were basically consistent with those obtained by AAS,AFS.
