摘要 基于Teamcenter Manufacturing(TCM)系统平台,对汽车底盘研发制造过程中的产品设计、工艺设计和资源配置进行合理高效的协同设计。高效的协同设计制造环境下可实现产品的数据统一管理与共享,提高各种资源的有效利用率。避免产品设计与工艺不能实时协同更新导致的资源浪费,简化研发过程,缩短研发时间,从而降低生产成本。实际应用的成果表明:Teamcenter系统对产品设计、工艺、工厂等各项资源管理有着普遍适用性,并且可以明显提高设计效率,缩短产品的研发周期,提高市场竞争力。 Based on Teamcenter Manufacturing(TCM)system platform,the product design,process design and resource allocation in the process of automobile chassis development and manufacture are reasonably and efficiently designed.The efficient collaborative design and manufacturing environment can realize the unified management,share the data of the products,and improve the effective utilization of various resources.It can avoid the waste of resource,simplify the process of research and development,shorten the time of research and development,and reduce the cost of production.The practical application results show that Teamcenter system has general applicability to resource management such as product design,process,plant and so on,which can significantly improve design efficiency,shorten product development cycles and improve market competitiveness.
