PMMA相变微胶囊的合成及其性能研究

摘要 将微胶囊技术应用于复合相变材料制备而得到的胶囊叫相变微胶囊。以硬脂酸(C_(18)H_(36)O_2)为囊心材料,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为囊壁材料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)做乳化剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)做引发剂,用微波加热制备相变微胶囊。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)进行囊壁结构分析,用马尔文粒度仪测试相变材料的粒径及其分布,用差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)对其吸热、放热能力进行测试。实验主要研究了核壳比、乳化剂、引发剂等条件对微胶囊颗粒大小、热性能的影响。 The microcapsule technology is applied to the preparation of composite phase change materials,and the capsules are called phase change microcapsules.Using stearic acid(C_(18)H_(36)O_2)as the capsule core material,methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the capsule wall material,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)as emulsifier,azo-iso-butyronitrile(AIBN)as the initiator,the phase change microcapsule was prepared by microwave heating.The structure of the capsule wall was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR).The particle size and distribution of the phase change material were measured by Malvin particle size analyzer.The heat absorption and heat release capacity of the material was tested by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The effects of core-shell ratio,emulsifi er and initiator on the size and thermal properties of microcapsule particles were studied.
