摘要
针对目前国内安全阀密封试验气泡法存在的人工误差大、工作效率低的问题,课题组研发了一种新型自动化安全阀密封检测系统。该系统结合传感技术、微机控制技术与计算机技术,采用高精度的流量传感器直接测量气体体积流量,信号数据由微机测控系统自动采集并上传到数据库,并由上位机软件进行处理,最终自动生成实验报告。新方法与传统气泡法实验对比,结果表明该系统的测量结果偏差小,可靠性较高,并且能够实现测试的自动化、数字化,提高了安全阀校验站工作效率。
In order to solve the problems in the bubble method of safety valve sealing test,such as large manual error and low work efficiency,a new type of automatic safety valve seal detection system was developed. The system combined with sensing technology,microcomputer control technology and computer technology,to directly measure the gas volume flow with high precision flow sensor. The signal data was automatically collected and uploaded to the database through the microcomputer measurement and control system,and was processed by the host computer software. Finally the experimental report was generated automatically. Compared with the traditional bubble method,it is found that the measurement results of this system are less deviation and more reliable. Besides,this system can realize digital and automatic test,which improves work efficiency for safety valve check station.
