摘要
在长期车辆荷载作用下,部分水泥混凝土桥面抗滑性能不足,在雨雪天气容易诱发交通安全事故。文章依托黄泽江大桥水泥混凝土桥面抗滑性能恢复工程,形成以修复型防水粘结剂与超高黏度改性沥青作为复合防水粘结层、SMA-13沥青混合料作为抗滑磨耗层的混凝土桥面抗滑性能提升技术。现场测试数据表明,通车一年多时间后,桥面PQI、PCI、RQI等使用性能指标明显改善,抗滑性能得到有效提升。
The surface skid - resistance of cement vehicle loading. Low skid -resistance lead to traffic concrete bridge pavement decreased under long - term accidents occur frequently especially in the rain and snow. A technology of skid - resistance improvement of cement concrete bridge pavement was put forward in this paper tor Huangzejiang Bridge. Composite materials which contain permeable binder and high viscosity modified asphalt was used as waterproof adhesive layer, and SAM - 13 was used as anti - skid abrasion layer. The field test results showed that alter more than one year use, PQI, PCI and IRQI of bridge pavement improved obviously, and skid -resistance performance improved effectively.
