输水隧洞长距离皮带机出渣系统设计 被引量:9

摘要 为解决新疆XE超长深埋输水隧洞Ⅷ标段出渣方案问题,从技术、经济和安全等方面对三种出渣方案进行了阐述对比,分析认为皮带机出渣方案技术更成熟、造价更低、安全性更高,因此该标段隧洞出渣最终采用皮带机出渣。其次,从TBM分段掘进、施工支洞、皮带机布置、输送参数方面介绍了该标段洞内皮带机出渣系统设计,为类似隧洞工程出渣设计提供参考和经验。 To solve the problem ofⅧ blocks on slag scheme of the XE long buried deep water conveyance tunnel in Xinjiang,three slag scheme comparison has been made from the aspects of technology,economy and security,the analysis shows that the belt conveyor slag solution technology is more mature,which has lower cost and higher security,therefore belt conveyor slag was recommended.A block hole endothelial machine slag system design was then introduced from the TBM section excavation,construction branch hole and the parameters of the belt conveyor,conveying aspects,which could providereferences and experiences for similar tunnel engineering.
