摘要
目的研究优质护理配合奥氮平、氟西汀治疗对抑郁症患者临床症状、服药依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法将2011年1月—2013年12月抑郁症患者85例纳入常规护理组,将2014年1月—2017年12月开展优质护理服务后的144例抑郁症患者纳入优质护理组。所有患者均给予奥氮平、氟西汀治疗。评估患者护理满意度与服药依从性,比较2组干预前与干预8周后应对方式与临床症状评分。结果优质护理组护理满意率、服药依从率分别为90.3%、77.8%高于常规护理组的83.5%、64.7%(P<0.05);优质护理组干预8周后面对评分高于常规护理组,回避、屈服评分均低于常规护理组(P<0.05);优质护理组干预8周后汉密顿抑郁评分(HAMD)为(14.20±3.10)分低于常规护理组的(15.95±3.52)分(P<0.05)。结论优质护理配合奥氮平、氟西汀治疗抑郁症,可以满足患者对高质量护理服务的需求,提高服药依从率,改善应对方式,减轻抑郁症状。
Objective To study effect of high-quality nursing combined with olanzapine and fluoxetine on clinical symptoms,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with depression. Methods A total of 85 depression patients given routine nursing admitted during January2011 to December 2013 were included in routine nursing group,while 144 patients given high-quality nursing admitted during January 2014 to December 2017 were included in the high-quality nursing group. All the patients were treated with olanzapine and fluoxetine. Patients＇ nursing satisfaction and medication compliance were evaluated. Scores of coping styles and clinical symptoms before intervention and after 8 weeks of intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate and medication compliance of the high-quality nursing group were 90. 3%,77. 8%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 83. 5%,64. 7%,respectively,in the routine nursing group（P〈0. 05）. The confrontation score of the high-quality nursing group after 8 weeks of intervention was significantly higher,while scores of avoidance and yielding were significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group（P〈0. 05）. After 8 weeks of intervention,the total score of Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） of the high-quality nursing group was significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group [（15. 95 ± 3. 52） vs.（15. 95 ± 3. 52）,P〈0. 05 ]. Conclusion High-quality nursing combined with olanzapine and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression can meet the requirement of high-quality nursing for patients,improve their medication compliance and coping style and alleviate depressive symptoms.
