摘要
文章对现有的钢桶制造设备加以改善,增加GSM短信控制与光电计数的功能,使用户能通过发送短信来控制设备的开启或关闭,并且设备通过GSM模块向用户手机发送短信。该应用不受环境影响,而且控制精度高、成本低廉,可促进新技术在传统制造业智能化改造中的应用。
The existing steel barrel manufacturing equipment was improved by increasing the functions of GSM message control and photoelectric counting. The users can control the equipment＇s switch by sending messages, and equipment can sending message to the user＇s mobile phone by GSM. This application is not affected by the environment and with high control precision and low cost, which can promote the application of new technology in intelligent transformation of traditional manufacturing industries.
