摘要
对于汽车制造商而言,车辆传动系统中的轻载和空载齿轮敲击是一个有待解决的问题。敲击噪声影响客户对于车辆质量的感受。敲击是系统侧隙不必要的产物,受系统扭转系统设计,即离合器弹簧刚度、滞后作用和飞轮惯性等的强烈影响。使用一个通用的扭转传动链模型,分析受载齿轮的敲击,检查敲击齿轮的非线性响应。考虑2挡齿轮副啮合驱动时,1挡和5挡齿轮副的敲击。在同样的激励条件下,5挡齿轮的加速度更大,对于敲击噪声的贡献量更大。系统使用发动机激励的测量数据进行扫频模拟,并查看最大的响应。
The lightly loaded or unloaded gears rattle in vehicle transmission systems is an unsolved issue for vehicle manufacturers. Rattle noises affect customer perception of vehicle quality. Rattle is an unwanted byproduct of clearances and is affected by design of the torsional system,including clutch spring,hysteresis and flywheel inertias and so on. By using a generic torsional drivetrain model for loaded gear rattle analysis,then,the nonlinear responses of the rattling gear is examined. The rattle of the 1 st gear set and 5 th gear set are considered while 2 nd gear is meshed and driven. The accelerations of the 5 th gear set are shown to be more severe under the same excitation condition and thus found to be a larger contributor to the rattle noise. The system is simulated by using a frequency sweep with engine excitation derived from measured data and then peak responses is examined.
