摘要
针对某自卸运砂船在航行过程中出现的上层建筑强烈振动问题,基于MSC.Patran软件建立全船三维有限元模型,采用Nastran分析船体振动特性,以螺旋桨脉动压力为激励力,采用频率响应分析法得到满载出港和压载到港2种工况下的船体受迫振动响应值,找出上层建筑强烈振动的原因,提出增强结构的改善措施。
Aiming at the strong vibration of the superstructure of a self-discharging sand carrier in the voyage condition,a3 D FE model of the whole ship was established in MSC. Patran to carry out modal analysis by Nastran. In order to find out the reason of strong vibration in the superstructure,the frequency response was analyzed under two loading conditions of full-load departure and ballast arrival,so as to get the forced vibration response of hull structure subjected to propeller pulsating pressure.Based on the above analysis,the improvement measures of the hull structure were put forward.
