摘要
针对老年导管架延长使用时,传统结构疲劳分析方法偏于保守,基于该方法进行平台结构完整性管理,往往会产生较多的检测费用的问题,推荐在在役导管架结构安全评估中采用旨在充分挖掘结构抗疲劳能力的疲劳极限状态分析方法,提出适合于工程实际应用的有限元计算导管架各类管节点的应力集中系数、节点柔性以及疲劳裂纹扩展的分析方法,通过工程应用案例,给出3种方法的适用范围。
As the traditional fatigue analysis method is conservative,there is a big difference between analysis results and inspection data which is acquired in in-service period. The conservative assessment conclusion leads to high frequency inspection and more cost. Therefore,the figure limit state analysis method should be employed to exploit the anti-fatigue capacity of jacket in in-service period. The finite elements analysis method was suggested to calculate the stress concentration factor of all kinds of joints,the joints flexibility and fatigue crack growth. The numerical example of real engineering cases were given to analyze the application range of three analytical methods of fatigue limit state.
